Defining Middle Ground: The Next Generation of Muslim New Yorkers

Please join me in congratulating Arabisto blogger Ahmed Shihab-Eldin in his nominations for two Webby Awards in the student category for the Web site: Defining Middle Ground: The Next Generation of Muslim New Yorkers.

Ahmed collaborated with Tara Kyle and Bilal Qureshi on the project. They entered the contest after submitting the Web site to Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism as part of their masters program last year. The trio now need your votes to win.

It is pretty simple to vote for the site and will take two minutes of your time. Please CLICK HERE to visit the web address. Once you register, search for the "Student" category under "Websites" and vote for "Defining Middle Ground."

Please check out their Web site and support their hard work by voting for their Web site.
